We are happy to post the winners of this month’s artwalk Raffle.

We had three original pieces in the Raffle. The winners are:

May and Artwalk converged and we had a wonderful and colorful exhibit featuring a solo show by Tom dePaul. This was the first time that Tom has exhibited here at Red Raven and everyone was most happy to find him here on Gallery Row. Barbara Bowers was also featured with her beautiful vases and Lee Lovett was our Highlight artist. Our emerging artist was Jackie Madsen and she brought her colorful collages. Artwalk was a huge success and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect.

2013: April

This April we featured our own Dick Whitson with an exhibit entitled, “Memories of Venice”. He was also featured in the American Art Collector with a wonderful write up on his show. We also featured Kevin Gardner with his 2nd Red Raven exhibit on Gallery Row. Jessie Gray was our emerging artist. It was a great show and First Friday was packed all night long.

Congratulations to our 2013 Red Raven Scholarship Winner, Lucas Evans (shown left) and our 2013 CX Carlson Scholarship Winner, Samuel Root (shown right).

March celebrated our women artists at Red Raven. Karin Olah, Elizabeth Staz, Barbara Thun were featured up front, along with emerging artist Linda Stetina. Four different and unique styles of painting that brought lots of color and technique into the gallery!

2013: February

February brings our annual focus onto Sarah McRae Morton and Julia Levitina.

Julia’s bronzes and Sarah’s oils relate wonderfully to each other, both rooted in classical training.

It was a cold First Friday but many loyal collectors came out to support the arts.
